@MrMadza00 changing to high density just allows them to upgrade to high density, does not mean they will. The conditions must be right.

it does not require a univercity though. i managed with 4000 citizens and the majority ov them works in HT without parks. i used tones of trees though.

I have a problem ... my simcity4 always build small houses (low density residental) there is no difference between low, medium or night residental::(((((.....WHY ????????

@SimmyDOTuk @SimmyDOTuk Does the SimCity box come with SimCity 4 Deluxe? They say it is SimCity Societies, Societies Destinations, SC4, and SC4 Rush Hour. I think it is in separate disks.

I dont know why but every time I download and put a mod in a plug-in into Sim City 4 it never loads up I dont know why any suggestions? I end up loosing every thing and having to reinstall Sim City 4.Any Suggestions?-Please

lol getting high tech is not so hard in simcity, i have a city with over 30000 high tech jobs. i think the hardest thing to get in simcity is high wealth commercial office.

@ntobsa Same with me and it sort hard to know what they ment to start with then i just google images and found a pic of the same one in the video. Altho its not the same this tells me whats high tech and so forth. its handy
