well i use "avira " antivirus and i can say that it is verry good antivirus program try it.Ohh and Thanks for the vids they are very useful.

I downloaded something that contains a trojan but when i try to delete it says file is open cannot delete

I tried this along with a few other things and a "security warning" pops up saying application cannot be executed. The file stub.exe is infected. do you wanty to activate your antivirus software now? it closes task manager and many other things i try to use

Thats y i avoid using limewire and other p2p,torrents bcuz usally they are full of malware. U dont know who ur downloading files from and if they know they even have malware. 1/3 of the internet is porn so thats basically a sure way of contracting malware. There are some porn sites that are ok tho but there are few. DONT EVER DOWNLOAD ANYTHING INCLUDING PLUGINS FROM PORN SITES 99 PERCENT VIRUS.
