alright yestarday i got a virus called "AV.EXE" i had nortons and avast which i think deleted it, i also ended the process of the virus on task manager , buttt noww everytime i try to open internet exporerer it says "open with" also when i open "add or remove programs" from "my computer" it says cannot find application, missing somthing system32- "rundll32.exe" anyone hlep me out here? :)

i fixed it with task manager and ended the trojan then fixed my antivirus but ty :)

#1 Try booting your computer into safe mode. Restart the computer hold down f8, f12, or f2 depends on your computer/operating system.In the advance start up options select "Safe Mode with networking" #2 Try system restore to revert your computer into an earlier time.XP: Start>all Programs>accessories>System tools>System RestoreVista: Search "System Restore"7: Search "System Restore"#3 Try using the USB flash drive trick.

Hi! having some problems...it doesnt open any file cause of a trojan im amazed it even opens mozilla.please give me a tip or anything how to fix this :(

#1 Yes i have a few ideas. As long as you have a USB flash drive and a secondary computer that can download. Use your secondary computer and download the software. After that, locate and find the .exe file. Copy and paste it into your USB flash drive.Then input it onto your other computer with viruses. Open it up and double-click on the .exe file and it should start installing. Keep the flash drive onto the computer until the process is complete.#2 Try System Restore.#3 Try Remote Desktop
