I had autorun.inf on my flash drive. I did all the steps, but it was still there. fortunately I could simply delete it after the process. thanks a lot

it depends of the windows you have.for example win xp cant delete the file but vista can. also you can delete it if you have computer with ubuntu

I go to freecomputerrepairguideDOTcom - covers a lot of this (clearing temp files, removing spyware/viruses and loads of other stuff), all free too. Sorted my computer out anyways...
