a very big thank you to you good sir!! i tried many different kinds of antivirus programs, and none of them were able to remove the virus. i stumbled onto your video, and i'm happy to say that IT WORKS!! i'm also using windows 7 by the way. thanks again!!

I've had this problem before and I know this method works, if it doesn't work initially then you've messed up.
